Hacked whole world wide web and nowhere near could find if this would fit, Trail Grapplers 295/65/20 (which is true 35.1" in height, compared to under 35" for 35x12.5x20) trying to put on 20x9 wheel (-12 offset) with 1.25" spacers on NOT LIFTED Sahara JL. Question if this would rub? Also if anybody has a pic lifted or not but with same wheel setup I would like to see how much it sticks out past stock fenders.

I would probably venture to say it wouldn't. 33's on a stock non Rubicon are tight. They fit, but would probably contact the inner fender flexed. If you put the Rubicon fenders on, I would say you may be ok. I am sure others will chime in.

Just ask @cosine he knows!
Probably be ok if you can run some Rubicon takeoff springs/shocks but your tires will be poking a lot, I run 295/70/17s (33.4") on a 8.5 +10 on Rubicon suspension, and here's the fit at the fender on mine. You would be 6mm further out for the 9" wheel, 22mm further out for the -12 offset, and 30mm further out w/ those 1.25" spacers for a net 58mm (2.5") out from mine. If you ditch the spacers it would be a more reasonable 1.25" further out and more likely to tuck inside the fender edge under full spring flex (with the Rubicon suspension swap).
First three pics are stock suspension, last one is Rubicon swap

Wheel spacers aren't needed and will make the potential for rubbing worse. A 9-inch wide wheel with -12mm offset is going to sit 3-inches further outwards when compared to where the factory wheel sits. If you were to measure 3-inches out from the front lip of the factor wheel, this will be the point where the front lip of the 20x9 -12mm will sit.

For street driving you should be able to get away with the 295/65R-20 size. If you go off-road you'll likely have some rubbing when the suspension is flexed.

Sooooo..... were you able to fit the tire ? Did you end up using the spacer? Post some pics. Was thinking of putting this tire on the stock 4xe rim when it comes in!
