$57,035 for a Recon with hardtop, heated leather seats, navigation and the 4-cyl motor.

Everything else aside, I wouldn’t get too hung up on the motor. There are way more outrageous things out there than a Jeep with 2L engine, trust me.

I probably already dropped around 20k into my 50k fully optioned out Sahara with 4-cyl motor and not even half way done. So far it performs like a dream, so not sure what the issue is..

Oh and I also like the fact that I have more torque at 3000 rpm than the 3.6 at 6000. Crawls great on the trails, runs smooth in the city. Couldn’t ask for more. Thanks.

My build. The only thing missing is the Cold Weather Group....couldn't find it on the 2-door builder.

After having owned many its vehicles, and getting burned a few times, I find FCA’s quality and service are appropriate for vehicles costing up to $40,000 - $45,000. That’s it.

This seems to be over looked. The most common Wrangler mod is larger / heavier wheels and tires. The 2.0's extra torque is a LOT better with larger, heavier wheels and tires.

For those who want the turbo 2.0, this is a great deal-looks to be a couple of thousand less than my 3.6 build with comparable equipment...Also looks like they upgraded the bright red dash bezels to black leather w/red stitching but gained ugly bright red seat belts! Too bad they did not bump the price a couple thousand and include a Hemi!!

I'm seriously considering one of these because I was going to purchase the options it includes anyway, but really dislike the black grill. Anybody know if you can color match that with the dealer?

Also noticed they come only with MT's...did not mention which brand of tires however.

Any good body shop can paint the grill to match.

Having individual financial principles based on your judgement and assets is a good thing. Apparently, I let mine slip a bit when I bought my 18 JLUR. But still, I'm grinning about it, even though the steering sucked until I spent some of my own $$ and I have a broken driver visor that looks like it was designed to fail.
