Ive been taking this same s curve at 80 in my nissan gtr for years in the rain and now this jeep wants to slide out at like 60.
Could this be the 4.5 inch lift ? Or the 38s. Contacting lemon lawyer !
Just kidding OP , its not the tires,
Sometimes, its a jeep applies !

It could be the bad frame welds breaking loose.

Frame is definitely not breaking apart lol. Maybe it's the psi. I'll lower and see if that helps

Have you had a solid axle vehicle before? You may just not be used to the way it handles/feels/its capabilities.

You're probably right. This is my first jeep and coming from the luxury K900, the ride is definitely alot rougher...

There are several threads about slippery when wet. I am not a fan of my KO2's on wet roads. There is another thread just starting and one of the players says his new Toyo At2 are way better than his oem Bridgestones in the wet. Yes its not a Porsche but my slides have been at speed limit or slower. Whatever.

OP, You didn’t respond to the person mentioning 4wd and confusing binding with sliding. Are you in 4wd for some reason?

Nope 4wd is totally disengaged. I starting to believe my air pressure it too high and causing a grip issue

KO2's are decent on dry surfaces, but in my experience they suck pretty bad if its wet or snowy. I live in the PNW foothills and commute 28 miles each way so plenty of experience with non-dry roads.

I don't understand all the high ratings/reviews for this tire they have literally been the worst AT/MT tire I have owned. YMMV.

Cheers

Could definitely be this. Even talking a turn in my RAM or Grand Cherokee is much different than the Wrangler. Have to go slower and more cautious.
