Start of 3.0 Production

I talked to Chat this morning and she said congrats you jeep is built and awaiting shipping. I asked why it was that I could not bring up the build sheet. Things got real quiet and about 30 seconds later she comes back with a note saying my VIN is X and I said my VIN is X so she got the incorrect information. When I told her the VINs were exactly the same she fell back on the system was having issues and I was really still at D1.

Ordered 10/7, VIN 194862

Call back later...I’m convinced that a lot of the mixed information we’ve been getting is complete incompetence at their CS desks. I’ve had multiple calls and chats in which I had to explain their build status system to them. Our VINs are three apart and my rig has been moving down the line since Monday.

If it has shipped, have you tried to pull up the window sticker? Verified the build sheet is there and accurate? I hope it has shipped, that gives hope to everybody else. Congrats, if it has shipped.
