Think they were the last of the 2017 JKs.

Everything is showing a 2018 JK. With the rear camera requirements not kicking in until May 1, 2018 - seems like the JK will go until April 2018. Some places have all the dealer info for the 2018 Jk posted (colors, options, etc) with the codes and the like. Since the JL is going to be built at a different plant than the JK; there's no reason not to keep them coming until April.

Looks like they took alot from the JLWF renderings.

Nice, But...

Hood Vent is wrong
Side Vent is wrong
Door handles are wrong
Door hinges are JK
Hood latches are old JK not new improved JL
Roof gutter in JK not JL
Rear window is from Safari that will never be on JL
Seat are similarly Safari never to be in JL
Headlights are wrong but aftermarket epwhatever

Antenna is on wrong side, but then again, so is the steering wheel. :giggle:

Yep that's because it's just the JK Jeep Safari concept rendered with some stuff from this site's renders.

I just want half doors and painted fender flares. It's not asking for too much. It's just not available. You get get a Rubicon with half doors or painted fender flares. But don't you dare try to get them together. My '89 Wrangler Islander had both. I can't live without both.

Getting the latest info from a printed Magazine is tough. They finalize all the stories months before it hits the newsstands.

looks like this is a Wrangler sport and NOT a Rubicon, and the 1st thing I notice is that it has the vented hood!!! That is awesome, looks like all the models may actually come with the functioning ventilated hoods, instead of having to pay to upgrade to the Rubicon! Love the vents on the fenders too, anything to get the heat out from under the hood is a plus in my book!

As mentioned earlier in the thread, I don’t think anyone can be certain about the Sport vs Rubicon.

The tyres lead one to believe Sport, but as we’ve seen on the mules on the road, they are recycling tires (tyre+rim) between mules, where some are noticeably worn down on newer mules.

It would be nice to hope for hood/side vents across the board, but some mules seemed to be lacking the features (side vents can be covered hood vents appeared to be missing the accomodation for them.

Just making sure to set expectations for people who missed the initial discussion.
