Just get some 20x12s -44 offset with 37s on a 2.5 inch lift and it will give you a badass look. Sounds like you just want a mean look more than function.

It’s my first post here , and Looking for advice. I am planing for a project on my new Rubicon. Want to lift it more than 5.5inch. One of the custom shop here advise for the 3.5inch full lift kit with vertex and then to add “double body spacer” to get the total of 5.5inch.

rough country have been announced today for their new 6inch lift kit ,it’s going to cost more and super expansive but thinking that it could be better than this double spacer option? So please advice

thanks
This is a 3.5” lift with 37s on 17s, I couldn’t
imagine another 2.5 to 3” of fender space. Lol.

It’s not about stopping. But it seems it’s not likeable idea in Jeep community. Since I am new on that. Still learning from you guys who have the experience. So doing my research and trying to understand what’s good and what I should avoid.
Do you YOU want to YOUR jeep. Opinions are like belly buttons, everybody has one. If you like it, that's all that matters. Do what makes you happy.

I'm with everyone else. DO whatcha want, it's your Jeep! That said, if you want a monster truck, which is what it sounds like you're going for, get an old squarebody Chevy and lift the hell out of that thing, put on some 44's etc. If you build your Jeep as described, prepare to take a few jabs here and there.

I used to be a purist when I was in CA and there was good locations to wheel all over the place, but now I live in Iowa, so our jeeps have been a mostly on-road affair. I still like the capable "look" I guess. Nostalgia maybe.

I am personally a believer in as little lift as necessary to get the tires you've selected fitted. I've even opted for a sawzall on wheeler beaters in the past rather than more lift. Low COG is your friend!

Nothing to add that hasn't been already. Just thought it was funny how quick a couple of ejection handles were grabbed after 20's were mentioned. LMAO!

He who makes the payments, earns the final say. Cheers, fellow Jeepers!

I agree. Big space if it goes too much will look ugly. I have to make some test and see how it will look

Yeah I want the look of it, but will make sure to get the function. But always we have to compromise. So I am still thinking to which direction I should go. I am learning and checking more information and hop to reach to right decision which will make this project perfect for me

Nice Jeep! Out of interest, with your 3.5" lift. What is the height of your jeep? I'm concerned about getting into parking lots and trying to understand difference between 37s with 3.5" and say a 2" with 35s.
