Just picked up the JLUR yesterday and love it, but can't figure out how to set the audio controls? The right side is obviously volume, but the left side appears to be a "Scan" or "Next" button? Is there a way for it to be set so it goes through my preset stations instead of scanning to the next channel?

I've searched through here and can't find it, sorry. Thanks in advance!

That would be nice but, no they cannot be changed. I would rather the left buttons go up and down my presets too. They could use the center button to scan up.

Yes there is!!

In the middle of the up/down volume toggles there is a middle button.(on both sides)

Have fun!!

True, but that button should scan, and the up down buttons should go up and down your presets.

So the bump in the center goes through the presets?

Yes up only. So if you are on preset 2 and need to get to 1 just hit it 11 times.
Ahh, perfectly logical …

Why wouldn't they make the "scan" the bump and the presets the up / down? Seems to make more sense to me.

Exactly what I have thought since I first got this feature on a 2005 Grand Cherokee.

It would have been nice if Jeep allowed us to swap the left and right hand controls. Mine has a manual transmission and there have been times where I was busy shifting and would like to have reduced the audio volume but both required my right hand.

Didn't even think of that, but great point!

That is weird because on XM if you are on preset 2, you can hit up or down to change to the next station and then when you hit preset button it takes you back to 1. You would think both areas would work the same.

I'm thinking about moving to a JL but currently I'm driving a JK. The steering wheel volume control and the radio volume control are only 6 inches away from each other.
