Im a week into owning mine and have enjoyed the crap out of it... having owned a 05 TJ and driven a 2016 JK this feels leaps n bounds smoother..

what are your thoughts and maybe pet peeves so far?

I'm planning my order for after Spring Break 2020 for pickup in Idaho in June and I will take a 3 week vacation driving to Banff NP and head back to Ft Worth hitting the great spots Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico.

My biggest pet peeves at the moment is the lack of info on the two engines (V6 Etorque and the EcoDiesel) and the limited choices of what can on each model. An example would be the V6 Etorque on a JLUR.

Just took delivery in mine today, Sport S. Hs 10 miles now. Noticed a burning plastic smell on the way home, anyone else experience this? Also, the foam blocks in hood, is this new since 2016? Thanks

Eagerly awaiting delivery! 3 weeks since I ordered. 2020 JLUR. Production build started this week. Hopefully just a couple more weeks. Like a kid anticipating Christmas...
Dang, 3 weeks since you ordered and they're just now building it? My 2019 showed up in 24 days from order and 12 of those days were spent waiting on the train and semi to move it across the country.

Picked up our ‘20 Sahara on 9/5. Added 2” lift, 20” wheels with 35” tires: 9/10.

To say that we are LOVING IT!!!!!.... is a huge understatement!!!! Already put 800 plus miles on it. Out and about again tomorrow.

Have had my 2020 JLRU just over a month. About 1400 miles on it. Absolutely love it!!!

Drives like a dream once I dropped the tire pressure from 42 to 32psi (cold). Did my 1st oil change at 1004 miles. Amsoil 5w-30SAE. Engine runs smoother, especially on cold starts. This is the viscosity it should have had in it from the start.

Mods so far: front and back Alienshade, 4 grab handles added, 13” AM/FM antenna, lockable gas cap and hood latches added. Next... 17x9 Wheels(Fuel... either Beast or Shok) and 35x12.5x17” Nitto Ridge Glappler tires.

I had the same smell- it will fade away as you put more miles on it and expose the engine compartment to sustained higher temps.

I took delivery of my 2020 JLU Sport on 9/11/19. The 2.0L engine has a surprising amount of power and the gas mileage so far has been pretty good (22 mpg combined). The only concern I have is with the steering on mine. Has a bit more play than I would have expected. Tires came with 41 PSI I dropped them to 36 but might try dropping them to 32 to see if it helps. I get a lot of wander between 50-75 MPH.

I am new to Wranglers, but it only took one drive in a friends with the top off to make me realize that I had found the vehicle for me!
