I really like those Mopar 7" led lights and the Mopar winch guard! But Zowza, they are pricey. I don't think I can pass this by my wife..

I'm still wrestling with this myself. But then I'm still hoping that AEV brings their offerings to the market...

I bought some cheap lights off Amazon for the future trailer, but I think the Jeep is worth better than that.

The 5" and 7" mopar lights are the brightest lights I've ever put on a truck. The 7" are 8000 lumens each and the 5" are 4800 each. With 4 of them you are blasting 25,000 lumens. They are stupid bright. The 5" lights I had originally had mounted top side of the A pillar mopar brackets but I missed lowering the windshield so I mounted them on the sides and actually like it better that way because they light up the MOAB stickers.

Well, it's September and I still have no AEV option.

Looking to the Mopar lights again. Anyone dislike them after having them for a while?

I still like mine, I have both the 7" (front bumper) and 5" (a-pillar). However I'm going to move the 5" to the rear and get some LP6 spots on the a-pillars to help throw light further down the trail.

Wow, lp6 will put some crazy light out from the a pillar. Wondering if they will over power the 7inch.

The 5" didn't have the throw to light enough out on the trail? I'd thought the LP6 had more output than the 7"?

LP6 spot will illuminate past the 7" lights. The 7" will still be responsible for driving and flood areas.

No, the 5" doesn't throw light down the trail as far as I'd like. LP6 driving combo vs 7" are so close to lumens and lense type, it would be difficult to see the difference.

I took the plunge and got the Mopar 7" and 5" lights. Never know when you will be caught out late on the trail and I really needed more light. The amazing light the LED's put out was just not enough for trails.

Does anyone know the amperage draws for the Mopar 5” and 7” lights? I can’t find the tech specs and Mopar customer service suggested running each pair on a separate 15 amp (aux 3 or 4) switch. Thanks!

I am surprised that they are so close, would think the lp6 would out perform the mopar.

Everybody has their own preference, aopinions and views on products they like. So here’s my philosophy for what it’s worth take it or leave it because at the end you’re the one paying for the merchandise.
1. Quality/warranty/ Customer service
2. What’s the total output
3. Are they waterproof/not water resistant
4.
