Could I borrow someone’s VIN so I can download the update files to load onto my new 8.4? I’d appreciate it.

I’ve upgraded my radio so my VIN won’t pull the VIN radio update for my 8.4.

I had the same bullshit happen on mine. Updated it while I was on vacay. Was glitchy, intermittently disappearing then reappearing. Now just straight up gone. Attempted to reinstall, however the radio won't allow you overwrite a software version with the same version.

At least I'm not alone with this stupidity.
