I fixed that! I did have a Sahara but traded up to a Rubi.Sorry about that you're avatar says Sahara.
Nice. Do you like it better?I fixed that! I did have a Sahara but traded up to a Rubi.
Bad a$$ for a stock Jeep for sure.Absolutely.
So I drive a manual and I can tell that my shift points are definitely different, but still very driveable. Still lots of pep above 3k rpm so the weight isn’t very noticeable, just the gearing. They fit on the tailgate though the rear wiper does hit the 3rd brake light. Tailgate is deforest heavier to close. How are the R/Ts compared to the KO2s on the road? Did the weight affect the drive ability too much? Is the road noise any better/worse/the same?
can you please post pics with the lift?Mopar lift going on next week, but until then, the Jeep meets the requirements of this thread!
can you please post pics with the lift?
thanks!
Super excited when the dealership called today and said You’re Jeep is ready for pickup! Mopar lift installed! I have the version ending in AC installed with the black spring isolators. There is some spring bow. We will see how it lasts. I’m probably not going to do any wheeling anytime soon. It rides nice. Yes the axles are shifted. Perhaps down the road I’ll get an adjustable front track bar and a rear relocation bracket. But for now, just happy to have a lifted Jeep!
Correct me if I misstate, the stock Rubi wheels are 44.5mm offset, so going to a 12mm offset, you'll be pushing the wheel out, I suspect you should have enough clearance.Has anybody had this setup on a stock 2019 JLUR? Mopar Jet Black 17”x8.5” 12mm offset. Putting 315 79/R17 BFG T/A KO2’s with no planned lift. Any issues? Rubbing? Backup camera?
I think you are right. I used rimsntires.com (second picture). This is a Mopar wheel, so I assume it will work.Correct me if I misstate, the stock Rubi wheels are 44.5mm offset, so going to a 12mm offset, you'll be pushing the wheel out, I suspect you should have enough clearance.
I used this site for tire and wheel size comparison https://tiresize.com/wheel-offset-calculator/
