Turn your steering wheel full left or full right. You can then see ball joints easier. There are 4 ball joints, 2 upper, 2 lower and they are located on the inside next to the two front wheels. All 4 have cotter pins and should look a little mangled if a human checked them.They assured me twice that everything has had torque checked. I'll need to see if I can find the cotter pins.
