Looking for opinions on what is the best CAI system out there? Looking for great sound and also HP and MPG improvement. My JL is "mallcrawler" lol, only city driven in the humid, hot, FL weather.

I just installed the AFE Momentum GT for my 3.6. I cannot recommend it enough, I got it on a huge discount on an Amazon sale but the sound and throttle response are beyond worth the cost. The 3.6 now sounds better than my ram's 5.7 hemi. It also looks awesome under the hood.

I ordered the new Holley Intech CAI. I will let you know how it is...love the design and the OEM stealthy look.

I chose the AFE Momentum GT stage two kit. Initial impressions, the packaging and quality is outstanding. They also include a cool license plate frame and lots of stickers.

Just so we're all aware, sound is the main thing you gain with a cone filter. HP gains are negligible at best.
Yes, Ignore all the factual dyno sheet proof from AFE , K&N and all the reputable cold air intakes they’re all BS. When you go to SEMA show this year tell those manufacturers that anonymous “Big Green” online says they’re just for making noise and he attached zero dyno results and zero proof to back up his claims.
You go big green

He is not wrong, I been following Mishimoto’s R&D very closely(who are very transparent with their progress) and they also stated that HP gains are minimal with dyno charts to back it up.
Again, why the condescending tone?

Well if you and big green are right then that means all the manufacturers that say you get gains are wrong. I’m just the middleman comparing your claims. I’m sticking with the claims of the manufacturers not the claims of some anonymous people online with zero proof.
So again I will say I believe the people below and not anonymous people online show me your dyno graphs with this intake installed with no gain and then we can have a discussion. if you have nothing but your words that means nothing to me.

Again, you seem to back pedal when being call out on it.
I never said this was “statement”, I basically conveyed a finding that was directly from Mishimoto’s tedious R&D proceeds which many tend to trust. Also I never contested on the claim of hp increase, I simply implied that the power gain is minimal(let’s face it less than 4% gain IS minimal). Let’s pretend that claim in your photo is accurate, I don’t know what 12hp means to you, if there is any to be gained, you likely won’t ever feel the difference. Again, what’s with the condescending tone? Everyone is a retard except you right?

I actually think it’s quite slanderous and unfair to accuse manufacturers of lying about their results without offering any counter proof of your own. Manufacturers spend a lot of money on these aftermarket parts in the R&D department and if you don’t agree with their results you should offer your own results. It’s not fair and I think the manufactures could find that is libelous.
