Does the radio then start up again when you start up the JL the next time? Have you checked to make sure the radio related fuses are all seated all the way down?

The radio cuts in and out as you drive. All fuses are in tightly. Apparently many people have this issue.

That is one of the symptoms mentioned in the TSB. Is the radio software level at or higher than 21.10?
