Every time I search the web it doesn't seem like KC has lightbars for JL's, how did you do it? (I'm new to all this so excuse me if this is a dumb question)
KC has a universal light bar....

I just bought the pillar mounts (I'm happy with the quality of the mounts, however they were advertised from DV8 as a 50" and they are clearly for a 52.5" when I measured) and I had to make some custom spacers on my 3D printer to make it all work so be careful if you order when you order.
I was going to return them and order another one , but was too lazy to rip it all out again..lol...

Thanks for the tips. It looks like these are the brackets you ordered: https://dv8offroad.com/collections/...cts/jeep-jl-over-windshield-light-bar-bracket

Do you think DV8 made a manufacturing mistake if you were to return them for a new set?

I am also wanting to install A-pillar lights: https://www.kchilites.com/light-typ...led-g6-pair-pack-system-wide-40-beam-645.html

But it seems like this mount takes the sport of the A-pillar mounts - know anything about that?

yes, that's correct....however, there is a mount that does both out there that I have seen. It didn't look as though they were as strong as the DV8. But I do remember seeing them. You can have both the A-pillar and the top lights with that unit.

P.s. If I knew DV8 would exchange and pay for the shipping costs etc..I may have done it...the easier route was to make spacers and think twice before ordering for stuff from DV8

Hey ..lol...no problem..no they are 37's with a 2.5 RC budget boost. I got my JL before there were lifts available.
Ill probably swap that out next year, but it works fine for now...
Looks really nice! Thanks for the quick reply.

When you say “ kill the white and black does that mean you just connect green to aux but you don’t have to ground it?

Hi...first...thanks for the reply...
I'm having trouble getting the exact link...they are the KC #9150 6 inch 100 watt halogen .

I'd like to have them all on one switch AUX #1. I also found this after digging through a bunch of boxes....so the wires to the switch is the confusing part now...I understand what you said about the green to AUX ..but i can just kill all the whites and black....
