Anybody have a spare parts list for JL overland trip

Has anybody put together a recommended spare parts list yet to carry in the JL on overland trips?
Does anybody know if they changed the plastic piece that frequently broke in the JK Transfer case linkage?

I haven't seen a list yet. I've started putting together a list of stuff that I might want to have as spares for a long weekend trip offroad. I have also wondered if the transfer case shifter bushing is going to be an issue.

I bought one of those master fuse bus bars (High amp fuse array), pop one of those and the whole thing is dead. Mopar part number: 68368853AA

So I’ve been working on my Offroad kit list, here is what I have so far

It’s getting heavy, but what am I missing?

Just a little follow-up post in regard to this...

Turns out this (thing with 6 nuts) :

Turns out..... this is Mopar part# 68368853AA. (Costs $60+-)

It is a row of high amp fuses that are part of the PDC on the Jeep Wrangler JL. This Is a replaceable / separate component. Again it is replaceable, so keep this in mind if a service dept. says you need to replace the whole $600+ PDC center because any of these fuses are say fried.

You remove the 6 nuts and off will come this part and it is very easily replaced. If you look at the pic below of it, you will see that the missing middle nut, is absolutely of no consequence.

Note, Mopar part# 68368853AA is a solid, one piece unit. The individual fuses, are attached to the metal plate. Each fuse is numbered and labeled as to amperage.

High AMP fuses. If the wrong one pops you will be stranded without the ability to start your vehicle. You have to replace the whole bank as it is a 1 piece unit. There's a long thread here on the forums about the dreaded ESS system and how it can leave you without the ability to restart your vehicle if the aux battery is dead, both batteries connect power through this fuse bar. If you pop one you have an electrical problem somewhere, if you are able to sort out the electrical issue but the fuse is popped you are still screwed until you replace it.

I have both an Arb twin on board as well as a 10# CO2 tank...both are mounted...

very nice. ive been debating that setup my self. i plan on a rear ARB air locker in the next year or so. but from what i hear the CO2 is the way to go!

I love the Co2, I can fill my 40s from 9 to 35# in a little over 30 seconds, but the tank will only do it twice, this the Arb is a dependable source.

thanks for the heads up. ill look into geting both. probably start with the compressor though.
