I appreciate you trying to help! But this video is not the 2019 JL :(.....The t25 torx driver is not what is used for the 2019, It wound up being just the 7mm socket for all the screws!

Post pics if you have 285/70/17s on your 2 door JL! I have 33” Wrangler Duratrac with a 1.5” teraflex performance kit and 1.5” wheel spacers. No rubbing so far, haven’t taken offroad yet.

Haha, I couldn’t find any references with the 2 door to see if it worked before I did it, so glad I could show you what it will look like!

Well if you're going to add a slight spacer lift (2")..........
305/65 will also fit but my wheels are 8.5" width 5.2 back spacing vs stock 6.2?

That is the same setup I have been looking at, but hesitant to pull the trigger until I knew exactly what it looked like. It is exactly what I want to do. Thanks for posting. I'm currently running stock Sport S suspension with 17 X 9 (+1 offset) wheels and 285/70R17 KO2's. Placing my order for the Teraflex 1.5" Performance kit. Thanks,

I'm extremely new to the Jeep scene, purchased my 2018 JL Sport used back in August. Went wheelin' this past weekend and realized I need a bit of an upgrade, lol. Someone in my Jeep club is offering me their stock Rubicon suspension and wheels/tires. I'm not sure of the lingo yet, but is this what you did? Will that work without any issues?

Yes, you can swap in the Rubicon suspension and you'll like get 1.5" of lift or so and will be able to fit some 33" tires no problem.

Ok, great! And the Rubi stock tires are 33" I'm assuming? When looking at lifts I only wanted to do a max of 2" anyways, because I'm short. Didn't want to use a ladder to get it the thing! Besides this is my my only vehicle and need it decent for the street as well.

Thanks!

Kushy, what wheel spacers do you have? Did you have to grind down your wheel studs with the 1.5" wheel spacers to clear your steel wheels, or do the steelie wheels have pockets that clear the studs like the factory aluminum wheels do?

We dont like running boards and did not want the Jeep too tall to easily get in/out of.
We simply put the Rubicon take off wheels & tires (33's 285-70/17) on without any lift.
No rubbing issues.

I did the Rubi 4dr suspension/tires/wheels takeoffs and am very pleased. It looks good and rides nice and not too tall (for now). Got about 1.5" of lift from the springs and about another 1" from the tires.
