Pulsar for Jeep® JL Wrangler®
Power, Calibration, and Throttle Response On-the-Fly!

Hold onto the Wheel!
No seriously, put your hands on the wheel and then shift on the fly via your factory cruise control buttons! Your JL Wrangler® will feel like a totally different vehicle, after installing Pulsar. This all-new inline module connects directly to your factory computer and does not require any removal or swap of the PCM (computer) itself. As you may know, unlocking or swapping late model Jeep PCMs has been the process required to add power. That was before PULSAR! Now you have access to power, tire and gear calibration options, and instant throttle response directly from the driver’s seat. No sending in the PCM or downtime. Read further to review power levels and features. Once you take a look you’ll be ready to install Pulsar and make your JL Wrangler® the talk of the town!

Why Pulsar?
1) Pulsar adds power instantly with no PCM swap required
2) Install is simple and straightforward and does not leave you with any extended downtime
3) Offers shift-on-the-fly performance programming
4) Pulsar serves as 3 products in 1 – throttle booster, calibration tool, and programmer
5) Gives your JL a performance upgrade unlike any other available on the market today (bragging rights!)

With Pulsar, you are getting an innovative product, tremendous features unlike any other on the market today, and a driving experience that has been engineered to leave you belong impressed. Review the video clips below to understand what comes in the box, how to install the Pulsar module, and learn how to manage the exciting features directly from your steering wheel. @Superchips, does this still have all of the benefits of the Flashpaq PN 3876-JL tuner? If so then this is a no brainer with not having to swap out the pcu.

Hey Ronnie, just replied to your PM as well, but Pulsar really does all the Flashpaq will do with the exception of things like reading and clearing DTCs and some of the running light options. When it comes to power, tire/gear options, and throttle sensitivity increase - the Pulsar is an very impressive product.

Ok cool! Does it also have the 87, 91 & 93 octane power selection of the flashpaq or does it just include the high performance option only?

We suggest running 91 or higher for max performance gains, but any octane will work

Those HP and torque numbers are nice. Was this tested on a manual or automatic transmission??

Looking forward to seeing someone here test this out.

Can you explain in what way the WHP was corrected? I have a hard time believing a stock JL was putting down 270whp.

While this looks impressive I have my doubts. Peak HP for the Pentastar is at 6400 rpms, take a look at that dyno run it was cut off at 5500-5600 rpms. Stock numbers for the Jeep 3.6 is 285 hp & 6400 rpms. Looking at the Dyno run the HP curve starts to take a dive after 4800 rpms, I would expect HP to climb all the way to the peak at 6400 rpms. If we assume a 15% drivetrain loss then we would expect to see ~240 hp to the rear wheels.
The torque curve looks like it peaks at the correct location (4400-4600 rpms) however the max numbers seem high. Peak torque should be 260-270.

Something doesn't add up. Note the date on the bottom. 2/14/18. Unless this has been in the works that long ago. Is this graph for a different motor?
