So Chevy & JLRoach any updates on the ride, now that it has been a little longer on them?

I am looking at either the ST3 or ST2 lift (but may look at the CT kit as well).... would either of you change anything on the kit (such as get the 3.3 shocks?). I will be driving west next week and plan to stop in a The TeraFlex shop in Utah and hope to get everything sorted out while I’m there.

Planning a 2.5-3.5” lift and 37’s on JLUR. Leaning towards 3.5” lift for a bit more clearance and travel, but it is a DD for now with a future as a trail toy later on.
I only have about 1100 miles on mine and nothing has changed, the ride is great. I drive mine daily but only 9 miles one way. It's my vehicle of choice when my wife and I head out for anything. I like her Lexus but I just can't get enough of the Jeep. It rides that good. I'm not sure if I would need the 3.3 shocks but if they are an upgrade over the 3.1, I might have gone with those. I didn't do enough research between the 2 when I went with the 3.1. I drove another Rubi that had the 3.5" with the 3.1 Falcons and I had to have it.

How tall is the Jeep now?
I'd have to measure, of course. The top is off of it right now. It does fit in my garage, but I have an odd height door.

I'll get a measurement once I put the top back on.

Any need to replace driveshafts? I am debating between the 2.5” and the 3.5” myself.

Thx!
Nah. Not with the ST3, anyway. It could be good insurance and I'll be upgrading eventually, but that's just because I've got my eye on the Long Arm kit. (Once it finally comes out.)

As it sits, I've wheeled the sh*t out of my Jeep with no issues.

Sweet thx! I am planning on buying the ST3 kit no shocks, and then the Falcon 3.3’s afterward just to split up the cost a bit.

My plan was similar. I picked up the 3.1's and will upgrade to the 3.3's when the long arm is available.

Absolutely. I'll be ordering Long Arms the second they're released.

Whenever that is... @TeraFlex?

How does the ride compare to stock?
I have RC 2.5 spacer, adj trac bars, adj lower controls, and falcon 3.3. I wanted the ride to be as close to factory as possible, but now want more lift. Thinking about just upgrading to 3.5” springs.

As for the 3.3’s, don’t waste the extra $$. I find them to be somewhat stiff even on the softest setting. They seem to be phenomenal at speed, but anything under 25mph, feel very harsh and abrupt, again, even at the softest setting.

I really enjoy the ride. Honestly, it's about the same. Obviously the roll center is higher, but the ride is still very comfortable. I'm driving from Missouri to California tomorrow morning. I drove the Jeep from North Carolina to Missouri and the ride wasn't bad at all.

This is a cool thread! Thanks for all the details. That low height lift is amazing!

No on both accounts. I’ve run my Jeep across the country and will be running the Rubicon in 2 weeks. I have no worries with the way everything is set up.
