Thank you, OP. I never thought I'd be fortunate to have a slight slope in my driveway. I'm hoping to back right into this.

Does anyone know if this will fit in the back of the JL?
Wow, I hadn't even considered the possible portability indication for the product. Some people would love the idea of being able to take this product with them and take their top off at, say, a campsite upon arrival, and ride the trails topless, without having to trek back home for rain protection need be.

: - )

Retrofit some big ass Harbor Freight turf wheels on that bad boy and it too, like the Wrangler itself, may be rated for off road mobility!

I like this idea, too bad I purchased a hardtop cart from Quadratec. The cart is still in the box, if I did this, I would take the top off more often. I wonder if the door will hang on the side of the scaffold. I could see somebody making a special version, just for Jeeps.

I’m gonna build one out of 2x4s and 4 casters for $50. I’ll post pics once I find some time to do it.

Hmmm, $979 for a Top Lift Pro cart or $200 for the Home Depot solution. No brainer.
The TLP still has a few advantages, but for most they would be negligible. I still prefer my TLP, but I suppose if I had the $800 difference in my pocket I might change my mind ;)

Any chance you think it's possible to slide a RTT over?

This is perfect! I’ve been looking for the right cart. Something for my top and scaffolding for my household projects.....for $200 that I can just run out and grab from my local store? Looks like I’m going to the store today.

Great idea, thanks for sharing.

Woke up this morning to see this fantastic idea. Thank you for sharing. I'll be pricing them here in Florida this morning and buying before the day is over!

I saw the 996 and I was like what hard top remover.
First thing I saw too. Beautiful bike!
I already have my Top Lift Pro and don't have my Duck anymore. 2 regrets in 1 post. :crying:

(I actually like the Top Lift Pro a lot but definitely would have considered this)

Looks great but how many toys does a guy need?

As many as he can get!
After looking at that 996 for a while, I noticed either a 749 or 999 hidden back there too. Geez, enough to make a grown man cry.
