Is this a severe vibration that seems to start if you hit a bump on the highway? Does it vibrate the whole front end then if you slow down it goes away then you can speed back up?
Not for me. It's a rhythmic vibration that can be felt and heard (very low frequency) starting a little above 60 and goes away above 65. I would say it is about one second period of vibration, then off, then back on, etc....

It is definitely in the drivetrain

No ,
That’s the death wobble

Mine is very much the same. Low frequency rhythmic vibration that you can feel and here from 60-66 mph or so. I don't feel like I lose control of steering or anything, but it is incredibly annoying. If you speed up above 66 or slow down below 60, it goes away. Mine is extremely repeatable, every single time I am going that speed it is there.

It's not the death wobble, I have a JK that has that issue every so often. This is different I can't feel it in the steering wheel like the death wobble, this just vibrates the front end kinda like I'm driving over a washboard at 70 mph.

Took mine to the dealership yesterday for this. They kept it all day to tell me they didn't notice anything. I took the tech on a 5 minute ride and he acknowledged it. They are going to do a comparison with JLs on their lot to determine if its normal and get back to me.

That is where I am at with mine. My dealer wanted to find another JL rubicon to drive and compare it to. They have one and are dragging their feet a bit, but I will be following up this week with my dealer.

As I posted on another thread, mine is the same. I have had this on big rigs before. If balanceing the drive line doesn't fix it, it could usually be stopped by changing the angle of the driveline to the axel. They would shim at the mounts to change the angle.
My quess is it is the angle on one end or the other. I might experiment by putting 500# in the back to change the angles a bit to see if it is any different.
What's different with the Rubicon's that can cause this if the Sport's/Sahara's don't have this vibration?

Don't mean to resurrect a dead thread, but since it seems no solution and as I've been having the same issue since day 1 (Oct. 31, 2018; JLUR), posting here. I've had it in to the dealer twice and they've balanced the tires, looked everything over and after the last time when they did this it is better, but still there on long drives. Normally I just drive under 40 mph due to my commute, but on longer drives also driving me crazy. I test drove a '19 JLUR and I didn't notice the issue on it, but I just took it for a few miles, so I don't think it is every JLUR.

I have the falcon 2.2 shocks here in a box next to me, but only got it to try as $300 is cheaper than buying a new JL / Gladiator or something else (Trackhawk?).

Exact same issue on my 2018 JLUR since day one, sounds/feels like slightly unbalanced rear driveshaft, or out of phase. Starts at 63, stops at about 65 mph.

Same problem here! My 3 week old 2019 JLUR has this issue. It’s been at the dealer for two days now and today I took it for a test drive with their “Jeep Specialist”. After trying deflated tires he finally agreed it is something with the driveline. I sent them links to this post and another. You guys have been a huge help. Can anyone post a solution that they finally have for it. Lots of guys with same issue but I don’t see any resolutions for it. I’d like to provide my dealer with this knowledge to try and save me some time and frustration. Thanks in advance.

I don't think Jeep has provided a definitive solution. One user said he got rid of it by putting a resonator exhaust tip on to get rid of his harmonic resonance... I bought one of the tips to try, but there is no way it was going to go on without me beating the crap out of my exhaust, and I didn't want to do that. https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/floor-vibration.5872/page-3#post-464664

Thanks Mortuar! They ordered a new driveshaft for mine today but did it without even checking it out first. Makes me wonder if it is a known issue with the dealers at this point. I'll let you know in 2 weeks after they put it in.

5 week old 2019 JLUR 6cyl here and same issue. I thought maybe I was crazy, glad others are reporting similar issues. I haven't yet taken mine in yet - was going to wait for the first free oil change. @JefDuro let us know what you find out...
