i have a 2017 Jeep Wrangler I bought used from an individual with only 22000 miles and the abs/traction control just came on when I put on the brakes and hasn’t went back off

A. You're on the wrong forum, this forum is for 2018+ Wrangler JL's.

B. Take it to a Jeep dealer. I know from Elma it's a bit of a trip but seriously they're your best hope.

Happened to my Mustang, had to do with an ABS sensor in the rear wheel causing the computer to shut traction control off.
