I had 35"s on my 2015 JKUR with a 2" lift and they looked perfectly sized to the vehicle with that lift. On the 2018 JLUR with a 2" lift I"m happy with 37"s and they looked sized to the vehicle.

Also ran a Rancho lift 2.5" lift on a 2012 JKUR and it rode great, just a shade stiffer than stock. I like Rancho products, but went with the Mopar lift on the 2015 and 2018 for not a real reason other than "because"...LOL

Ok.. I think I've decided to go JKS or Rock Krawler.. Both look to be incredible kits... I've seen some pics of both and it looks like a 2019 JLUR nets about 2.25-2.5" of lift from either (JKS HD kit is a guaranteed 2.5" of lift, so on the fence about HD or STANDARD)..

Option 1: JKS
https://www.northridge4x4.com/part/...spec-2-5in-standard-springs-suspension-system with Fox Shocks (adds about $200 to $300)
https://jksmfg.com/i-24048422-j-fle...rms-for-wrangler-jl.html?ref=category:1205555

or

Option 2: Rock Krawler @Rock Krawler Suspension

https://www.northridge4x4.com/part/2-5in-lifts/jl25fs-4-rock-krawler-2-5in-flex-system-lift-kit

with Fox Shocks (pretty sure these are the right shocks - would verify before ordering of course)

Does anyone have any preference or like one over the other? Why? Open to advice for this daily driver..

JKS has a killer warranty and some added benefits.. Either options gets me to about $1800 in parts...

Thanks

Thanks @The4x4Guys .. I'm looking for some feedback on both/either kits. I'll pull the trigger as soon as I'm ready, but still not 100% sold on either kit (or any kit for that matter).

I installed the 2" Rancho Sport lift for JLUR. Kit included springs, 9000 series shocks, and sway bar end links (front and rear). I also installed front and rear track bar and front upper control arms from Metalcloak. The lift netted me exactly 3 inches of lift (measured from center of wheel to bottom edge of fenders and went from 23.5 inches to 26.5 inches). I expect it will settle a little. I do have a LOD destroyer stubby bumper on front, OEM plastic rear bumper and a 35x12.5x17 tire and wheel on the back that weighs around 92 pounds. When the Jeep was aligned after install my caster is at 6.7 degrees and upper control arms are set at 19 7/8 inches. The Jeep drives very well. There is no issue with steering and feels very solid. The shocks are set at a '3' all the way around and it is smooth over bumps or railroad tracks, a very comfortable ride on pavement. I am very happy with the result, just wasn't expecting 3" of lift. The 35's look a little small now in the fender well, but this is a daily driver, with occasional offroad wheeling.

Great looking Jeep. I do agree with you; the 35’s (never thought I’d say this) do look a little small. Thanks for the pictures. I’m leaning toward the JKS JSPEC system (non-HD) with Fox shocks and adjustable front LCAs (either JKS or Rock Krawler). That seems to be the setup that nets about 2.5” in the back, a little less in the front. I like the stock rake, so trying to maintain it.

I like this picture a lot
The green is our 3.5" system and the grey is our 2" system
Both on a 37" tire
Gives you a good idea on how they compare "height" wise

Success!!! Went @Rock Krawler Suspension and it rides incredibly with the Fox shocks. RK played a big part of my decision, and couldn’t be happier. Thanks RK and everyone else for all the input.

Good to know. I have a set of @Rock Krawler Suspension shocks and coils to install this weekend on my 2003 Jeep TJ.
