For the last couple days my manual JLU is having some kind of a mechanical issue. When I hit the gas the engine revs for much longer before it engages/torques than it did before and it's getting worse quickly. There's also a smell like a burning clutch that's getting worse at the same time although the problem happens even when I'm not using the clutch at all. Also starting a few days ago the automatic start/stop function has been self-disabling a lot so probably related. Any ideas?

Take it in. Whatever is wrong, you can’t fix it (nor should you have to while under warranty).

Sounds like the clutch isn't fully engaging, you really should have that checked out at your dealer.

Hey JLROCKS, did JeepCares took care of your issue? Under warranty? Did they tell you what was the issue and what was done to it? I think I had the same issue.

Please let me know.
