Cracked hardtop tab for freedom panels

My driver's side tab recently cracked, it is still in tacked. I went to a body shop who told me there isn't much I could do because of the location where its located. Nothing has changed in installation of the freedom panel, so my question is should I be concerned over the damage.

Is it a color match panel?

Yes, I would definitely claim it under warranty.

Will only progress and get worse.

It was from a entrance gate arm hitting it, so I don't think warranty would claim it.

find a boat yard or a custom car shop. just have them epoxy it and re-glass it. it will work. its not a load bearing portion of the top.
