Silver and green work together. I think the black rims are just overdone, they do look good on some vehicles but it seems like with everything people take it to extremes and it cheapens it. It can still work, just not my style is all.

Finally got these in from Discount Tire.
I don't like the all black look, but can't find too many chrome wheels that arent too pimp. 2.0 Turbo, 2019 Punk'in Sahara. Black leather.
These are Fuel Beast D564: 17x9 , -12 offset. Tires same size as Rubicon 285/70/17 load range C BFG KO2s with raised white letters.
Like the look of RWL rolling down the road. Didn't go oversize because don't want a lift kit

I still like black, but did change it up a bit this time around.

Very nice! I like the look of of your setup. What are the details on your setup? 2.5/3.5" lift? It looks like your coopers are 37s, but can't tell if they are 12.5 or 13.5" wide. Thanks for the photos.

Very 80s.
LOL, Yeah maybe late 70s too. Well, if he catches a rim, he can beat it back down with a sledge hammer. Ask me how I know. LOL

All manufacturers now are offering black wheels and dealer lots are full of cars and SUVs and trucks with black wheels. That’s how we know for sure black is played out. Black was unique when you couldn’t get a car from the factory with black wheels but the manufactures follow the tastes and trends I don’t know what the next trend is but black wheels are definitely played out.
Now you have to remember the wheel manufacturers love black wheels they save a ton of money and easy to hide stuff same goes for the manufacturers so they’re going to be very resistant now to go to anything but black wheels because it’s simple easy cheap.
Super expensive black wheels and cheap black wheels look the same.
I never understood the whole black wheel thing from the beginning. Glad it's coming to an end. I agree with you, a guy with a spray can of bbq paint and some Craigslist wheels gets the same look as the guy with flat black $1000 billet wheels.
