I like the bottom one. It looks tougher.

I did not know that the curve of surface tension is called the meniscus.

Look at me, learning something new in the middle of the night...
And that is all I knew it as. Didn’t know the other uses. Live and learn.

The stove was from Berlin, in Berlin-Ichthyosaur State Park. Lots and lots of ghost town in the canyons around there. Some of the machinery looks like all you have to do is squirt it with an oil can and it would be good as new. Fascinating but definitely look out for the mines. Stay out, stay alive is a good motto to follow. A few years ago some guy drove his jeep right into one. Not all the holes in the ground are marked or fenced off.
Cool, was hoping it was from out that way - looked like it might be familiar.
