This may have been covered but I could not find the thread....if I decide to keep the standard sahara rims, how can I look up what size/width of tire I can add on. Hate those standard tires....

Thanks, and sorry for the dumb question.

Did anyone find you and answer?

I'm interested in finding out as well.

Those look really great! Thanks for sharing.

They look like they're a great fit. You didn't have to do any suspension changes?

No contact with wheelwells etc?

We put BF Goodrich All terrain KO2s in 285/65/18. Really happy with them.
THAT LOOKS SO GOOD!
I've been waiting to see how ko2's would look on the stock Sahara wheel!
What did you do with the stock tires? Dealer credit them to you?

How do you think 285/70's would do?

Thanks! No changes whatsoever. Just mounted them up and away we went. No rubbing or clearance issues.

Thanks! I think the 285/70s would be fine. There are no clearance issues with these, and I think there's more than enough room. I got the tires after we got back to FL (I bought the Jeep at a dealership in SC--I've done business with them for years and they really take care of us), so I'm going to list tem on Craigslist.

I am guessing since you have the 5 spoke wheels that you didn't get the select-trac option? But man, those KO2s look good on those rims. Don't think they would look as good on the other ones.

I meant to say how do you think the clearance would be at full flex (with sway bars CONNECTED) because 285/70 is 33.6"

What about the difference in weight between the stock tires and the KO2's you just installed? Do you how much the new tires weigh compared to the stocks?

I'm sure they're heavier, but I don't know exact numbers. I can tell you that there is no appreciable difference in acceleration, including merging onto the interstate. Handling is better than the stock Bridgestones, and MUCH better than the BFG Mud Terrains we had on our 2016 Oscar Mike.

there is a difference os 17 lbs
41 lbs the stock
58 your tire

32 in hight the stock
32.5 your tire

I am going to get this same tire for my future sahara JLU Granite from day 2
I was going to get the Mud terrain 285/70/R18 but there are higher 33.7 and 62 lbs
with your pics I desided to but the ALL TERRAIN

Thank You !
