We ordered these but they are still being shipped so my girl photoshopped them on for me.

Let's see those polished, silver, argent and other funky colored wheels!
Don't have them mounted yet (will post photo when I do), but I am going totally old-school with white steel D-window wheels. I like that old Intl Harvester Scout, K-5 blazer, and Land Rover classic white wheels look. Rocked white steelies on my JK too.

I like these wheels. What are they? Do you have any pics from other angles?
Don’t have any pics on this device unfortunately. I’ll have to snap some pics later. They are Asanti AB813 rims.

Totally agree,
All black wheels look the same from 20 feet away
All black wheels look the same at night
All black wheels look the same driving past
Expensive black wheels and cheap black wheels look exactly the same.
The cheapest cars came with black wheels
Cop cars came with black wheels
Also some of the most expensive...it's a matter of taste and mine all have black or dark rims...

Yes, like everything car related, rim color is a matter of taste. Obviously based on the title of this thread though, the common opinion will be against black rims. Your vehicles all have black, and that's a look you like, so you should absolutely do it. You pay/paid for them, you should do what you like, not what others like.

For me, I really don't care if black rims look expensive, or cheap. I just don't generally like look of them. Some vehicles can look good with them, but not many. I had them on my Charger Blacktop and they looked great, but they were a bear to keep clean, and I was constantly wondering if I'd get out and see a nasty scratch. To each their own, but I found them to be too much work, and on most vehicles (in my opinion anyway) they just look boring because you can't really make out any design from the rim. It's just a black abyss starting at the tire. But that's just my opinion.

Wheel color is so subjective. Black is certainly popular, but I think it looks good on Jeeps. That said, I plan to put on aftermarket wheels this summer and right now, plan to go with Hutchinson Rock Monsters in argent. Please forgive the bad photoshop...but I ps them onto my Jeep just to see what they look like, and I like 'em.

I just took the black ATX Ravines off and put new grey ATX Ravines on. Hands down, I think the grey looks better!

I like the ravines a lot, but I can’t get past the gold bolts...no gold on my Rubi....if I could change those I’d consider them.

Brandon, my black Ravines with 35 ridge grapplers are sitting in the garage waiting for you:LOL:

The gold bolts are simply that, just bolts. You can pull them out and paint them or get some stainless or black bolts to replace them.
