Why Can't the Rail Yard jump a dead battery?

If you asking me, i'm in delivery hell. First it sat in KZ(S) status for the holidays. Then it showed it in route and will be in Mira Loma on Jan. 10th. So, i agree with the dealer to contract the jeep Dec. 27, 2018. My jeep was delivered to the MIra Loma Rail Yard on Jan. 21. It was driven over to Inter Rail Transport and parked. It has been sitting there ever since with a dead battery. The dealer is being told that FCA has to come over to jump it and the rail yard can not jump it. The dealer has been promised multiple times that its on its way and it never shows up. I call Jeep and they first tell me it shows it was delivered on Jan 31. Now when i call Jeep, they are opening up an investigation and i will be getting a call back later the same day. No calls.

That is such BS. Have you tried emailing an FCA executive?....not all but some on the forum have had luck doing this. I don't know the email address but I assume it can be found using a forum search. See what your credit union says about making a payment on a vehicle you haven't taken delivery on yet.

Well here we go on 21 days at the rail head and still no delivery of my jeep.
Dealer keeps calling and getting the run around from the delivery company.
I have called Jeep 3 times with no call back. They are supposed to start an investigation.

108 days since ordered placed
59 days since it was built
46 days since it was contracted and paid for in full through credit union
21 days sitting at the rail yard with a dead battery
17 days till my first payment is due

Thank you. I am losing my patience. The dealer is a customer of mine or this would be going differently. I am not a very patient man and i hated the idea of ordering one in the first place. The dealer assure me that it would be easy and quick. This has gone on way too long.

I will be calling Jeep everyday until i get my jeep. Any suggestions on getting someone on the phone who cares? The people on the Jeep customer line, could care less about helping. I couldn't believe it when she asked if there was anything else she could do for me or was that it. I told her to find my jeep and that would make my day!

Have you or your dealer, communicated / talked to, your dealer's "Zone Rep".

In past dealings, I have found that the Zone Rep can get things done.

I completely missed the part where it is already paid for. That is really awful. I don't know if your state has any Lemon Laws that may apply about the car not being repaired in 30 days.

In past dealings, I have found that the Zone Rep can get things done.

They have called that guy multiple times and still nothing. I was supposed to get a call from someone yesterday, but that didn't happen.
Something must be going on with my jeep. They must have damaged it or something. I can't believe it been sitting there 3 weeks waiting on a jumper box.

You know what frustrates me the most, was I ordered this to use on a vacation. I wanted to have it to take out to the King of the Hammers week long event, which was last week. I go out to this every year and take the motor-home out and stay for all the different races. I couldn't do it this year, because i never knew when it was going to show up.

My credit union has the title. They are all over me to get insurance for it.

If the credit union holds the title, tell them to get the jeep. If they won't release it to the credit union, involve local law enforcement, show them the title and demand the release of the jeep.

Hate to pile on but why sign a lease for a vehicle prior to delivery? Jeeps can be ordered with little or no deposit. My dealer didn't even ask how I was planning to pay. I don't understand.
