Ordered from Antonio Magana @ Jim Marsh in Las Vegas, NV on 10/18/18, VIN was issued 2 days later and was in D1 a few days later, was built and in Toledo railyard 2 weeks later. Antonio put a hold on the shipping since we couldn't get out to Vegas until today 1/21/19. Jeep was delivered to Jim Marsh Dec. 14 and they held it on the lot for the last month. With TreadLightly offer applied I got it for 5% under invoice and a $529 doc/title fee. No extra pop-ups at signing.
Jeep was ready for my inspection, took it out to test the steering, passed with flying colors. Checked the paint and frame welds carefully, again, everything checked out fine. They then detailed it while I was finishing the paperwork, no surprises, and the salesman Craig did a nice job going over the details/features on the JL, filled it up with gas and made sure every question was answered.
They did offer various warranty pkgs, but being in Vegas I'm gambling and running w/ just the factory warranty. If things start going south in that time frame I can move on, but hopefully it will be a long & positive ownership experience. Off to a good start and I highly recommend going through Jim Marsh for your Jeep transaction.
