Looks like your back tire is too close to the front of the fender.
That's just the shape of the opening. There is equal distance between the lip of the rear bumper and the back of the rock rail.

I would post that in the ask-a-dealer thread? they are supposed to be able to without a tuner chip.
Cost me 100 to flash for the 37s through the dealership

To my wife and I, they are slightly noisier, but not too much. I find them more quiet than any other mud tires I have used.
What offset or back space are you running?

My Fuel Assault wheels with 37x12.5x17 Cooper STT Pro have a -12 offset, which I believe is a 4.5" backspace.

My 37x12.5x17 Cooper STT Pro have a -12 offset, which I believe is a 4.5" backspace.
Just FYI, it's your wheels that determine the offset/backspacing, NOT the tires.
