Picked this beauty up a couple of weeks ago. Leaps and bounds better than my JKU hardrock (which was also great other than the horrible 6spd manual that felt like a cement mixer on a good day)

Plans are for 3.5" lift, TW front DS, some armor underneath, LOD destroyer front and rear bumpers + Warn Zeon 10s, and 37x13.5" Cooper STT Pros on KMC Beadlocks (still working out which wheels I want).

Love the silver!

Picked up ours on the 13th of June. Six weeks later we were hit with a hail storm for about 7 minutes, and alittle more than $7000 in damage. Still waiting on a hood and the doors to be repaired. Hopefully the hood that’s been on backorder will be in sometime in early January. We’re really enjoying it! It’s a blast to drive.

Heck with that hood damage, I'd just order the Powerbulge hood. You've already added the bumper/winch and BFG tires. Might as well complete the look.

Great looking Jeep by the way.

Offer the insurance company to pay the up charge. Worst they can say is no...

You can just tell them to give you the cash value of the repair, and spend it (plus any extra needed) on whatever hood you want.

Went to Pilot Mountain State Park yesterday after all the rain to check out the creek crossings. Of course, they had it closed to keep idiots like me away...

Super sharp rig! What rear bumper are you running - LOD Destroyer/ Tire Carrier full width? Looks like the best fitting/ most functional rear bumper I've seen so far. Nice build.

The LOD is nice, but a real pain to figure out. The instructions are horrible. You'll be on your own, with help from others to get it right. I landed on it hard yesterday, and it held up nice. Very adjustable, and accommodating to your needs.

Thanks for info. I'm used to horrible instructions, as most manufacturers spend almost no time/money/effort on instructions. I'm pretty mechanically inclined (build/lift my own jeeps), but if I run into a hitch I'll probably hit you up since yours is clearly sorted already!
