We did look into it, but they are really far up in the console and I didn't want to tear the entire jeep apart to get to it. It looked like you'd have to remove the entire dash and center console to get to it. Footwell light is a simple plug.JeepDad - I like the hack to the footwell lights and will probably follow your tutorial. Did you happen to investigate the cup holder lights? If I am going to make the footwell red I would also like to change the cup holder lights. Thanks again.
damn that's way easier. FMLNice hack!
For sport or Rubi/Sahara?Hey if anyone wants to add footwell lighting I will give you easy instructions...like 30 to 40 minute install... no wires seen. They can turn on with ignition or headlights... just message me!
Well the Rubi's and Sahara's have them, but yeah it works if you want different lights or want to also add underseat lighting.. Any Wrangler...For sport or Rubi/Sahara?
Thx.
Iβm curious in this as well. Since our sports have the little dimmer in the dash, wondering if it would be as simple as plugging in the Sahara/rubicon module and having functioning floor lighting. Keep me updated if you find out.Do you have a part number for the led module? I have a sport and Iβm wondering if I can get this module and just plug it in
this does appear to match up pretty close to Mojito...
