- chicken tikka masala
- baked sweet potatoes
- roasted carrots
- roasted broccoli
- sweet peas
- egg bake with broccoli, dried cranberries, diced sweet potato, sharp white cheddar

And the kitchen is all cleaned up to boot!!!

He’s doing okay. Still working on the burn on his back and then he gave me a pile of insurance papers to go through. I’ve alre found discrepancies, so those assholes are getting a phone call tomorrow.
