yes... its amazing what the closure has done to traffic. Close 1 East West freeway and tear down 4 or 5 overpasses over it right downtown and its almost like the apocalypse has hit town...Welcome to my world. My 4.5 mile commute home took me an hour yesterday. Of course, the first 45 minutes of that were spent on the approach ramp to a bridge.
My poor, poor clutch.

So funny story, while trying to navigate through the lane closures on Business 40 I was in the right lane (that was remaining open) and traffic was inching forward. You get the usual "Zipper Mergers" flying by in the left lane. A Tractor Trailer slowed down to a stop to wait for an opening to merge into the right lane, just behind where I was. All of a sudden the traffic picks up and gets moving. No stop and go, with smooth operation. The tractor trailer gets his opening and he merges lanes... and then the Zipper Mergers ruin traffic again...
