What speed do you need to be going to resume?
Sorry I'm not sure if there is a minimum speed for ACC or not.

I’ve been playing with the ACC in my JLUS. so far on,y on the highway and on,y in light traffic. If I set the ACC TO 60 it will maintain 60 until either a car pulls in front of me and then it slows my Jeep maintaining a safe distance. I overtake a vehicle and again the ACC slows down the vehicle maintaining a safe distance. In either of the 2 scenarios once there is no vehicle in front the Jeep speeds up to the set max speed. It doesn’t gun the throttle to get back to speed but gradually increases speed. If you need to pass someone just stomp on gas pedal and pass the vecichle you want to pass. When you take your foot off the gas the Jeep will slow down to the speed you set and maintains that speed. As far as stop and go traffic or emergency braking through the ACC I don’t know since I have not tried that and FCA has yet to publish a manual for the 2019’s in either pdf form or hard copy. The users manual that you get does not go into the ACC functionality. Hey @JeepCares where is the manual for th 2019’s?
Yes there is a manual. Get on Jeep chat and tell them you want and owner's manual. They mailed me 2 for some reason and it freaking huge I can see why it doesn't come with the Jeep it would fill the mail box up.

Everything is up above/in front of the mirror, nothing down near the bumper or license plate.

Jeep even thought to include a cover for the unit for when the windshield is folded down.

Snowing here now so I can't get pics, but will when I can if nobody else has yet.
I just took a few pics of the mirror/ACC area for those asking. Let me know if you want any others and of so what you're looking for.

Thanks for the pics!

We ordered with ACC and look forward to the new features offered with this option.

I guess I got one person that doesn’t know s**t. I did try Jeep chat and they told me it hasn’t been published yet and it’s not available for download. I have the 2018 manual but ACC and forward collision naturally is not there. I’ll try again thanks

I don’t think it looks very good but it’s only blocking the space above the mirror. How often does anybody actually need to look up there?

Often enough. Must be awesome when you put the windshield down too.
Maybe I'm just too picky . I don't like Angry Bird grills or windshield LED bars either.

One thing I didn't realize (or even think about before I got the active safety group) is that my insurance is cheaper because of it. My insurance company discounts vehicles that have forward collision warning w/ active braking. Mine wasn't a whole lot (about $20/year) but thought I would share. YMMV

I really wanted the ACC features but ended up placing my order today without it. There were some jeeps on the lot with it I got to checkout and the camera is huge and creates a blind spot in its own. Here are some photos with and without the ACC camera. I wish it was more discrete. I know I am going to miss the features but I hope it works out for people who got it.

I have it and will admit I have mixed feelings. My view is more obstructed than it would be without ACC, but I find myself contorting a little at times just because of the mirror (my first Wrangler). It would probably be better if the box was smaller or not even there, but so far I'm really liking the functionality. I don't fully trust it yet but I like just setting how fast I want to go and if someone in front of me is going slower than that then just pace them.

Just for argument's sake - which part of the difference in these two pictures is really bothering you that you can no longer see with the ACC?
