My 2019 does not yet. I'll keep watching for OTA updates but hopefully 2019ers won't have the same wait as 2018ers.
@JeepCares It's been 10 months since my purchase...no updates. This check has been in the mail too long. You need to fix this software issue beyond "updates are rolling out"....that's not how the internet works.

Letā€™s mobilize... post to @Jeep and @JeepCares (used to deflect issues with JEEP) tell JEEP this isnā€™t okay to customers.

Call it ā€œregional roll outā€, ā€œ4G/LTE issuesā€, and ā€œtrying to force updateā€, but these have all been failures. JEEP needs to fix this for JL customers. #OffRoadPages #OffRoadCustomerService #WranglerGate #FCACustomerService #JeepDoesntCare

This isn't a unique problem as you can see, @JeepCares. It's really time for JEEP to release a TSB instead of everyone having to research, contact JEEP, and then get told to just sit tight and wait. It's one thing if this was a quick fix but it's been months now without any advisory from JEEP.

It seems like the only approach is pulling customers to the side through private message and apologizing without any way ahead.

I was in comminucation with @JeepCares for about a month. After missing 2 deadlines that they gave me (where I should have gotten the update by that time), I was told that they are aware of me needing an update and thereā€™s not much more that can be done besides wait.

I do think itā€™s a but ridiculous that FCA canā€™t be more open with some sort of schedule for rollout. If I was told that my day of update is next July, Iā€™d be a little pissed for taking so long, but at least I know the date.

Better yet, let us download our own update online and plug the usb into the dash. That solves the supposed issue of overloading cell towers.

i bought mine in Feb and still not getting the offroad page. i am in ohio. so close but yet so far. the longest wait in human kind history. @JeepCares

@Djmatt85 and @tnnjl bought in February too. Iā€™m taking to the shop next week. Supposedly they can fix says @JeepCares. Major cop out from JEEP on this one. Putting work on the customer to fix what was already paid for.

Is there some reason some of us are not getting the update?
Iā€™m still waiting patiently to. We purchased our Jeep in June. I once thought I would get it by Christmas, but wasnā€™t thinking Christmas next year or the year after. Sounds like someone doesnā€™t know what their doing! Doesnā€™t matter who! We just want it fixed. I use to check every time I got in the Jeep. Now most of the time I donā€™t even bother with it.

Same here, disappeared after I drove my 2019 JLR off the lot. I live in Ohio also. Been waiting on a fix for a couple days now. I just sent them pics of my software version. So anyone getting ready to contact them send your software version with your message or you're just going to get another message wanting that info.

Here is how to get it.

Pardon me jumping on the end of the thread, I didn't dig through all 39 pages... hopefully my question is simple & easily answered.

Are the Offroad Pages ONLY available on the Rubicon? (I'm visiting from the Gladiator forum and considering if that's a "Rubicon" feature when balancing the different model. I figure it applied directly to the JL Rubicon vs other models.

Yea, itā€™s a lot to sift through. For ORP, you need the 8.4ā€ w/ NAV. So, only Rubicons and Saharas have that as an upgrade option.
