Okay, so I'm all caught up. I can see Chris needs some history lessons on classic Jeep models...

Tried to find somewhere to wheel after my appointment but I guess the city of Salisbury likes to block everything off with no trespassing signs and gates... :(

I always liked the Wagoneers
They show up in a lot of movies. I think its one of the few vehicles you can prominently feature in a movie without some ridiculous product placement contract where every car in the movie is "brand x" like GM in the transformer movies and Mercedes in the Jurassic park/world movies.

That would be nice. Can't think of one besides the first JP movie though. Twister featured a Jeep Honcho prominently before Helen Hunt let it fly off in a tornado. lol

G’morning! I managed to catch a little bit of that happening. Figured I’d throw myself into it, Bitmoji style! :fist bump:

What’s not to love about them?! Lol
Honestly, if you ask me, they fall in the uncanny valley. But if you guys want to use them, I'm not gonna try to stop you. (Anytime one of us guys tries to disagree with all you ladies at the same time, it goes horribly bad  )

Woah! once this thing gets finalized it'll be a great throwback to the original Wagoneer!
Nice that you figured it out at first blush. We were all scratching our heads for a bit on that. :computerrage:

Up SO early....

Already on the GO train (our commuter transit) into Toronto. Would have preferred to take Gamora, but the hotel parking garage has a 5’7” limit.
What is it with Canada and low parking garages? I've never seen one that low, even here!

yeah... I drive 45 minutes to the VA for a short appointment... and all the trails near there are blocked off...
Consider it a challenge...if you take the proper "back roads", the cops can't follow you

lol, Salisbury Police have 4x4s so that tells me they've had to deal with drunk rednecks on more than one occasion. And I know a Durango isn't usually an unstoppable offroad machine but this isn't Jeep only terrain...

lol, well if Someone was chasing me with a tank... screw the barriers lol!
Brings to mind an interesting question:

Given the prolific number of Jeeps and tanks zooming (or lumbering) around Europe during the latter half of WWII, there were bound to be some instances where a Jeep had to "take on" a tank, either by evading one or maybe even attacking one (though I doubt it).

Wonder what the all-time record is for Jeeps vs. Tanks? :giggle::movember::punch:
