I actually use one for the kneading part. Dough only cycle. When it's done, shape the bread if needed, or put it in a pan. Makes things a whole lot easier.

Alternatively, use a KitchenAid stand mixer...

Nope. But I was looking at ~$10k more for a Rubicon optioned out the way I wanted.

I'm happy with my decision though. I can either trade Gabby in after the 36 months are up, or make a "Sport R" out of her.
