I wish 15's would fit but it was hit or miss on the JK. Some rubbed the calipers some wheels fit fine. I like the beefy look of balloon tires on a Jeep. Plus tires are cheaper with 15" rims.

Yes, opinions on looks are welcome. But I'm mainly interested in whether they have held up well or poorly for anyone. I didn't find any online reviews for them, but I did see a few guys who posted videos of these 'new' wheels in 2001. Despite being dated I still like the look of them. I also like several solid black rims and faux beadlock rims. Those wheels look a little dated to me...if you are open to opinions
RonH what site do you put in your selection and get to see your combination?I'm going with Fuel Vectors and 35" General Grabber X3's
I don't know that there is a site that would have the Vectors and the Grabber X3's mounted together. I just know I love the Vectors (Have 33.6" KO2's on them mounted on my F-150) and I've seen the X3's mounted at my local tire store. If I was going to be mainly on road, I'd stick with the KO2's, but I plan on being off road quite a bit, and that's why I'm going with the X3'sRonH what site do you put in your selection and get to see your combination?
I'm going to see if 315s fit on the stock rims. I'm taking what we've heard from Jeep to mean you can put the 35's right on the factory rims. I like the looks of the optional factory Rubi rims, so I want to keep them on there. Are you all concerned about the different offset needs of the JL? 1. There is different steering, which affects allowable offset. 2. The Rubi has wider axles.
To be honest, at this point, I'm working on faith. Ace was able to put JK wheels on the sport that they built...the dealer in Az was able to mount JK 37" wheels. So, I'm assuming (yeah, I know what you get when you assume) that the Vectors (9" vs. 7.5" with a different offset) SHOULD work, although they may protrude a bit (not a bad thing, visually, in my book). That offset will move the wheel out, so as long as the Jeep is lifted, it SHOULD work. This house of cards may fall down, but right now, this is my story and I'm sticking to it!...lolAre you all concerned about the different offset needs of the JL? 1. Well, I'm only going 35's so there's that. 9" wheels should be good, but move out a bit (+/- 2").Ace had a sport and the dealership had a Sahara, both without wider axles. Hate to be a Debby downer, just concerned. 37s may need spacers...I’m very concerned about spacer availability due to new bolt size.
I'm betting you'll be just fine with that setup. It should look great.Well, I'm only going 35's so there's that. 9" wheels should be good, but move out a bit (+/- 2").
