Ours was LR3 as well. Pic is loading up to ship for our move to Seattle - not brokeOur LR3 was great off-road. It was just a nightmare in so many other ways.
Great off road (JLUR has more and better clearance and better tires than we ever had), great on road (frankly much better than our JLUR), mileage ok (16 - 19), great stock sound system
. Clunky 3rd row seat mechanism. I liked it a bunch.
Have one of those guys hanging out here. Our white cat chased it out of the yard. (Wish I had that on video!)Saw this little guy hunting yesterday. Sure looks like he's been eating well![]()

Want some hot pineapple, Lurvis?
wait ....you had a garage ??Right? Kids today, with their fancy garage door openers built right in to the visor. When I was a kid, we had to get out of the car and open the garage manually! And then later, we had these clip on remote controls, and sometimes the battery would go dead, and you'd STILL have to get out of the car and open the garage door manually! And WE LIKED IT.
Apparently he’s made several videos of various car typesI weep for the future:cwl:
