Niiiiice!! I just got free tickets from work for a bbq, blues & brews fest tomorrow. Not quite the grand scale yours is, but for this area it’s a great little event!

Okay, before I get myself in trouble here, I didn't intend on implying any weight loss diet.

Being in a Filipino family, about half the food I get is grains, in the form of Jasmine Rice. The other half is usually a good lean meat, or eggs.
