Found a way to mount this LED Light Bar to my JL stock bumper without drilling holes into it! See attached PDF document for details.

Very detailed write up. You said you didn't want to lose the functionality of the tow hooks, but I don't understand how you didn't with this project. I don't see how you could get a shackle, hook, or most straps on the tow hook now

My 3" strap did not fit, but this 2" 16,000 lb. strap does. I may get a short 2" axle strap with D-rings and possibly a tow shackle to make it a bit easier and provide more options to tow someone else out, too. Thanks.

Cool idea and nice write up! That's a clean install.
Thanks! So far, no movement. Rock solid mount! The LED can be tilted up or down, as needed. The mounting bar can also be adjusted left or right to center the beam or very slightly to the right, as I have done, for better coverage on the back roads to avoid critters.
