Working a BIG program plan these past couple weeks - pain in the butt, and frustrating dealing with gobs of big company BS. I've introduced the idea of GFT to my scheduler with great glee - we've been able to use it fairly regularly without offending people - as far as they know We coined it today as giving people "gifts" (GFTs)
