Its probably at least 1500 for a new splice at the junction box, and 500 feet of new cable if the pole height and extra fiber coil requirements are similar to NC. $2400-2500ish... depending on the cable type. Probably something like 350 linear feet of fiber distribution line from the junction box at the corner of the block to our building.

yep, and its a shorter run too. I'm used to quoting somwhere in the line of 30,000 feet of cable with multiple splices and junction boxes... so the price per unit is a little lower due to the volume.So ~$3500 probably considering NYC inflation. Not bad for a WAG.
