My New Wrangler

[DRVMN]

The lease on my 2023 Wrangler was coming to an end, so I decided it was time for a new Wrangler. I leased a 2026 Wrangler Willys 4D with the 3.6 liter and Sky One-Touch Power-Top. Did a lot of negotiating and "Price-Matching" and will most likely buy this one at the end of the lease. Brilliant White Clear-Coat with more bells and whistles than my old Wrangler. It's been fun tweaking all the settings, and even more fun to drive. I took the advice/recommendations from others and went with the One-Touch top. It was tempting to open it up today, but it's only 40 degrees here in Minnesota!

I posted a thread a week ago asking for thoughts on the SOT, and based on how well everyone liked it, I decided on that option as well.

I have 2025 4door Willy’s and love it.
maybe you’ll get a chanse to do some playing in the snow this year with those tires.

I posted a thread a week ago asking for thoughts on the SOT, and based on how well everyone liked it, I decided on that option as well.

Did you see my late posts, one plastic cross bar broke Sat. It only opened half way “Obstruction detected” and the “Obstruction” was the broken bar. Found out Tuesday the single bar can’t be replaced, they come in sections, ETA 3 weeks. Awful thin plastic.

Squeaked all day, my son crossed SOT off his options list.

48 degrees outside right now, with a projected high of 49 degrees. May have to open the top on my way home from work! Spring Break next week for Saint Cloud, so hopefully more warm weather ahead.

One thing I've noticed - even with the SOT . . . the Falken tires are a lot quieter than the Firestones that were on my 2023. I've never owned Falkens before, so I have no idea how they will do in our Minnesota snow. They look cool, and that has to count for something!!!

I do notice the garage door opener is louder with the SOT, but I can live with that.
