I was out the door early to venture to the other coast for the State Jiu-Jitsu tournament. My daughter usually does well, she was today until she was disqualified for a move she didn’t know was illegal. I felt really bad for her because she didn’t know why the fight stopped and she had such a shocked look on her face. Ugh..there’s always next year.

Less than 1/2 a chicken breast left out of the 4 I prepared It was pretty great tasting! Put it on Hamburger buns and everyone got to choose there own sauce and cheese. I tried some with Whataburger Jalapeño Ranch and some with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce.
