So what are you all doing, to not go nuts, but also be ready for your wranglers arrival?

1. Clean out garage, in my case for a much larger vehicle! I had a 2006 Honda Insight, so huge change
2. If you are getting a hardtop, order a lift system and straps
3. Start ordering small mods such as: sill protector, shorty antenna, grab handles,
4. Obtain other maintenance items if you don’t already have, jacks for heavier/taller vehicles, etc.

So what else have you been doing while you wait?

What kind of antenna are you ordering? My old jeep is a TJ (I'm waiting on my JL to be delivered) and I guess I never really considered changing the antenna, but now you have me interested.

I don't count any chickens til they hatch.
I'm not doing anything until its in my driveway. I've learned from experience.
Anything can happen.
I've walked out on the day of delivery in the past. Getting the reach around at the F&I desk is not fun.

On a positive note, just researching, checking out photos and getting ideas for any mods I might or might not do.

You are correct, it vastly varies by dealership, but I knew I was getting a 2018 or 2019 and since they just changed styles I have no fear in buying a few small items. I’ll wait for the bigger ticket items.

Made room in the garage. I've been so used to having a truck that never fit anywhere that the garage became storage.

Nice this is an important first step! I was amazed how much room we have once we cleaned it out!

What rims and tires exactly? Did you get the steel bumper? Didn’t see you list one is why I ask.

Fuel D611 rims, not decided on tires yet because I’m not sure if I’ll go with 20” or 18” rims. Yes I did order steel bumper. Lot to read and learn while waiting

As far as rim size do you do any full on off-roading? If not go with the larger rim for looks, if you off-road smaller rim for the ability to air down and have that much more tire before it damages the rim.

I looked those up very cool combo. I have some tsw rims that have the black pattern, but it is cool how they did the silver in a sort of sudo flame look on it. Those will be pretty sharp with some 35s
