That just blows, dude!What a crap day. I took Ofsteve to the dealership at 7:30AM this morning. I described the wind noise to the service advisor in great detail. The whole day goes by and I finally get a hold of him at 5PM. He says "The tech drove some of the other JLs on the lot and says they all make that sound." to which I immediately say "nonsense". I also had told them that the selling dealer had put notes about the issue in the FCA system but they said they didn't see said notes. Selling dealer is calling BS on them. So now I have to go over there at 8AM AGAIN and show them the issue.

So , coming up on two weeks of ownership and I'm already dealing with FCA's bullshit.
Pretty much explains why you purchased out of state.
When they pull the "Technician could not duplicate problem" I do believe they should bring the customer in and have them along on the drive, so they can point it out to them.What a crap day. They've gotta locate all of the buried utilities before digging, so thats probably what the paint marks were. Wouldn't want to cut into a gas line and then cut an electrical conduit right after...
